الوظائف المتاحة

Network Engineer

  

 

  • EGSA is looking for a Network Engineer who will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and administering EGSA’s Data networks. 
  • Primary duties will include Operating data networks, including installation, configuration, and monitoring, 
  • Troubleshooting network problems and perform configuration backup operations. 
  • Working closely with the users of EGSA network in order to identify potential issues and fix existing problems. 
  • Successful candidate will need to have a strong understanding of network infrastructure and network architecture. 
  • Able to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network devices including UTMs, WiFi, firewalls, routers, switches, and intrusion detection/intrusion prevention. 
  • Implementation of URL and Contents filtration capabilities inside the security tools. 
  • Responsibilities: 
  • Maintaining and administering Data networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations. 
  • Performing disaster recovery operations and data backups when required. 
  • Protecting data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning, and implementing network security measures. 
  • Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems. 
  • Enhancing DATA center security utilizing built-in security capabilities in Access points, switches and routers (SSID security, VLANs, Port Security, VPN, Encryption,…etc) 
  • Replacing faulty network hardware components when required. 
  • Monitoring network performance to determine if adjustments need to be made. 
  • Conferring with network users about solving existing system problems. 
  • Coordinating computer network access and use. 
  • Work as member of the IT staff group provide the technical support for EGSA Data Center, which includes six main functions: application development, systems support and security, user support, database administration, network administration, and Web support. 

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Communication engineering, or related subject. 
  • Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware. 
  • CCNA (certified) , CCNP is an advantage 
  • Ability to think through problems and visualize solutions. 
  • Ability to implement, administers, and troubleshoots network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, firewalls, UTMs, routers, switches, and security controllers. 
  • Ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems. 
  • Ability to work with all levels of staff within and outside of IT and outside EGSA. 
  • Very good communication skills both written and verbal in both Arabic and English. 
  • Responsible for Network LAN/WAN/WLAN and internet infrastructure patching and upgrades 
  • At least 3 year experience in managing LAN and WAN 

 

Cyber Security system Engineer

  
  • EGSA is looking for a capable System Security Engineer, who enjoys security work and possesses both deep and wide expertise in cyber security. 
  • EGSA Data Networks should be more secure by protecting Network boundaries, keeping computer systems and network devices hardened against attacks and securing highly sensitive data. 
  • Qualified candidates should have a background in cyber Security. 

 

  • Responsibilities: 
  • Implement and monitor security measures for the protection of computer systems, networks, and information. 
  • Identify and define system security requirements. 
  • Design computer security architecture and develop detailed cyber security designs. 
  • Prepare and document standard operating procedures and protocols. 
  • Configure and troubleshoot security infrastructure devices. 
  • Develop technical solutions and new security tools to help mitigate security vulnerabilities and automate repeatable tasks. 
  • Ensure that the Agency knows as much as possible, as quickly as possible about security incidents. 
  • Write comprehensive reports including assessment-based findings, outcomes, and propositions for further system security enhancement. 
  • Provides vital protection and maintenance services for system hardware and software, including enterprise computing systems, networks, transaction processing systems, and corporate IT infrastructure. 
  • Implements and monitors physical and electronic security hardware, software, and procedures. 
  • Installs and supports operating systems, telecommunications software, and centralized database management systems. 
  • Work as member of the IT staff group provide the technical support for EGSA Data Center, which includes six main functions: application development, systems support and security, user support, database administration, network administration, and Web support. 

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Communication engineering, or related subject. 
  • CCNA Certified is a must, CCNP Security is an advantage 
  • Security certification for Cyber security, or ethical hacking, or SANs are preferable. 
  • Proven work experience as a System Security Engineer or Information Security Engineer. 
  • Experience in building and maintaining security systems. 
  • Detailed technical knowledge of database and operating system security. 

 

  • Hands on experience in security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, anti-virus software, authentication systems, log management, content filtering, etc. 
  • Experience with network security and networking technologies and with system, security, and network monitoring tools. 
  • Thorough understanding of the latest security principles, techniques, and protocols. 
  • Familiarity with web related technologies (Mail, Web applications, Web Services, Service Oriented Architectures) and of network/web related protocols. 
  • Responsible for Network LAN/WAN/WLAN and internet infrastructure patching and upgrades Firewall, IDS, and IPS administration, configuration and troubleshooting Problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure. 
  • At least 3 year hands on experience in cyber security. 

 

Windows Systems Engineer

  

 

  • EGSA is looking for a competent System Engineer who can demonstrate superb technical competency in delivering mission critical infrastructure and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance, and security. 
  • Qualified systems engineer will have a background in IT, computer systems engineering, Windows/Linux server products, and Virtualization platforms. 
  • Responsibilities: 
  • Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure. 
  • Design, implement, and maintain servers, storage, and associated hardware and software to provide services to EGSA Staff. 
  • Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools. 
  • Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability 
  • Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes. 
  • Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies. 
  • Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks. 
  • Participate in the design of information and operational support systems. 
  • Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problems resolution.

 Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Communication engineering, or related subject. 
  • MCSE certified , Deep knowledge in VMware vSphere ( VSA Certified) 
  • Proven working experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting UNIX /Linux based environments.  
  • Solid networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP). 
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Windows based server environments and services (i.e. Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS). 
  • Extensive experience in virtualization and Linux OS concepts. 
  • Ability to generate and adapt equipment and technology to serve user requirements. 
  • Operate in an environment that requires confidentiality of information. 
  • Very good communication skills with the ability to communicate the complex technical matters, both verbally and in writing, in both Arabic and English. 
  • At least 3 year hands on experience in Systems engineering. 

 

VOIP Network Engineer

  

 

  • EGSA is looking for a qualified VoIP Network Engineer to oversee the installation and management of VoIP Network. 
  • Candidate should be responsible for designing and deploying enterprise solution architecture, coordinating installations and migrations, and managing IP telephony applications. 
  • May also be required to troubleshoot LAN and WAN hardware systems and respond to customer inquiries. 
  • should have advanced knowledge of VoIP networking systems, excellent troubleshooting skills, and knowledge of internet security 
  • VoIP Network Engineer will be able to design and deploy the perfect networking system to meet the current and future networking needs of EGSA. 

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing existing VoIP networks and computer systems. 
  • Developing architecture plans for voice and data services. 
  • Installing network hardware modules including IP and IP-PBX communication servers. 
  • Designing and implementing unified communication systems. 
  • Troubleshooting VoIP network issues. 
  • Analyzing and upgrading network security systems and protocols. 
  • Adding network users/profiles and managing EGSA permissions. 
  • Optimizing VOIP network installations for future expansion. 
  • Work as member of the IT staff group provide the technical support for EGSA Data Center, which includes six main functions: application development, systems support and security, user support, database administration, network administration, and Web support. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Communication engineering, or related subject. 
  • CCNA Certified is a must, CCNP collaboration is an advantage. 
  • Previous experience working as a VoIP Network Engineer. 
  • In-depth knowledge of VoIP systems and IP Protocols. 
  • Knowledge of hardware systems including servers, ISRs, memory modules, processors, and peripherals. 
  • Detailed knowledge of network security systems and software.  
  • Very good communication skills with the ability to communicate the complex technical matters, both verbally and in writing, in both Arabic and English. 
  • At least 3 year hands on experience in VOIP Systems.
